THIS WORKSHOP MEETS THE 30 HOURS REQUIRED FOR CPCS CERTIFICATION AND 12 HOURS REQUIRED FOR RECERTIFICATION!
Have you ever wondered how to put all the supervision training into one Basic Plan to work with supervisees?? This workshop reviews the 5 content areas of initial training for certification as a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and assists in creating a plan with policies and procedures that will organize your supervision methods. A basic format is provided for attendees to follow and create their own individual plan for their supervision processes which they will share within the workshop for review and feedback. Attendees will be invited to present their ideas, ask questions, and review information from previous workshops. The workshop includes role plays, scenarios, and difficult cases for discussion and review. The goal is for attendees to have an opportunity to be prepared for their supervisees and have their own procedures and documentation in order. You won’t regret attending this workshop!
This workshop offers 6 SUPERVISION OR 6 Core Continuing Education Credits (6 CEs).

Presenter: Carolyn A. Ramp, LPC, NCC, ACS, CPCS
Carolyn Ramp’s career in mental health spans over 30 years. Her experience includes outpatient clinical work in agencies, school systems, as well as building and managing a multi-specialty private practice of 18 therapists. She’s earned a master’s degree in 1993 and A Specialist’s Degree in Counseling in 2000. She was President of LPCAGA in 2019 -2020. Her specialties include Clinical Supervision for over 20 years, working with the families of the Personality Disordered, teaching parenting strategies as a Love and Logic Facilitator and she is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She currently offers supervision and presents continuing education courses.
